简要经历

      1998年赴美国在世界著名医学中心---梅约医学中心（Mayo Clinic）留学4年，从事博士后研究并任助理教授。之后在美国约翰.霍普金斯医学中心、美国南加州大学及英国、西班牙、奥地利、新加坡、韩国、香港等地的多家医学中心学习深造，掌握了许多泌尿外科领域中最为先进的技术

In 1998, he went to the United States to study at the Mayo Clinic, a world-famous medical center, for four years, engaged in post-doctoral research, and served as an assistant professor. After that, he studied at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in the United States, the University of Southern California in the United States and many medical centers in the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong, and mastered many of the most advanced technologies in the field of urology.

Over the past 20 years, I have accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary diseases.

临床工作

        擅长泌尿系肿瘤（包括肾上腺肿瘤、肾癌、膀胱癌、前列腺癌等）及结石（包括肾鹿角样结石等）的诊断及治疗，已有数千例腔镜手术经验。

        Good at diagnosis and treatment of urinary tumors (including adrenal tumors, renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, etc.) and stones (including renal staghorn calculi). Thousands of patients have undergone endoscopic surgery.

        在膀胱癌根治原位新膀胱术、前列腺癌根治术、肾癌根治及腔静脉瘤栓取出术等复杂手术方面均有丰富的经验，

        处于国内领先水平。已受邀到国内几十家三甲医院帮助开展手术。

        I have extensive experience in radical operations for bladder cancer, including orthotopic neobladder, radical prostatectomy, radical nephrectomy, and removal of caval vein tumor thrombus.I'm leading the level in China. I have been invited to dozens of the top three hospitals in China to help carry out surgery.

        近几年来，主持开展新业务30余项，多项技术达到国际先进水平。

        多次应邀在国际会议上作大会发言或主持会议。

        在国内外权威杂志上发表论文100余篇，其中包括Lancet（柳叶刀）、Carcinogenesis、Prostate、JBC、Surg Endoscopy、World J Urol、BBRC等SCI收录的论文20余篇，论文已被国际杂志引用数百次。

        More than 100 papers have been published in authoritative magazines at china and abroad, including more than 20 SCI papers such as lancet, carcinogenesis, prostate, JBC, Surg endoscope, world J Urol and bbrc, which have been cited by international magazines hundreds of times.
