        从事泌尿外科工作20余年，在全面掌握泌尿外科疾病，少见病，疑难重症疾病诊治基础上，积极开展新技术，微创泌尿外科技术如前列腺增生症经尿道前列腺切除术，膀胱肿瘤经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术，膀胱颈梗阻经尿道膀胱颈部切开，以及膀胱结石经尿道膀胱结石碎石洗出术，1990年至今经尿道手术已有上万例经验

        On the basis of fully mastering the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, rare diseases, and difficult and severe diseases, he has actively carried out new technologies and minimally invasive urology technologies, such as transurethral prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia, transurethral resection of bladder tumors, transurethral incision of bladder neck obstruction, transurethral incision of the bladder neck, and transurethral bladder stone lithotripsy. There have been tens of thousands of cases of transurethral surgery since 1990. with 20 years’ work experience.开展腹腔镜技术治疗肾上腺肿瘤、肾癌、肾囊肿，开展经皮肾镜、输尿管镜技术治疗泌尿系结石、开展微创内视镜技术行肾上腺肿瘤切除术、肾癌根治术，避免了气腹的并发症，取得了良好的治疗效果，开展女性泌尿外科工作，采取尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁，取得了良好的治疗效果，积极开展前列腺癌的早期筛查，加强学科建设，使泌尿外科形成了8大专业学组.

The early screening of prostate cancer was actively carried out, and the discipline construction was strengthened, so that the urology department formed eight professional groups.
