      李坚，男，博士，教授，主任医师。自1992年起，从事普通外科临床工作，主攻结直肠癌的腹腔镜微创手术及外科综合治疗，熟悉肝胆肠疾病的各类腹腔镜及开腹手术，尤其擅长腹腔镜低位、超低位直肠癌保留肛门根治术，和复杂的肝胆胰手术。现为中南大学湘雅医院肝胆肠中心结直肠肛门外科主任医师，教授，学术带头人，研究生导师，中国医师协会内镜医师分会委员，中华医学会湖南分会内镜专业委员会委员，湖南省青年外科医师协会理事，《中国内镜杂志》、《中国现代医学杂志》和《中国医学工程》编委及审稿专家，《中华临床医师杂志》、《中国现代医生》审稿专家。2007年开展全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术、胃癌根治术、肝叶切除术等，2009年率先开展腹腔镜下低位、超低位直肠癌的保留肛门根治手术（Parks、ISR、PLRAs）。自2007年至今，先后主持国家十一五“863”计划重点项目2项，省部级项目2项，承担国家级科研项目3项，省部级科研项目3项。发表本专业学术论文60余篇，其中SCI 论文15篇，Medline论文2篇，参与编写教材或学术专著5本，共30万字，包括《肝胆肠外科诊疗手册》、《生物信息学》、《纳米生物材料学》、《外科学总论》、《内镜微创学》（第一版）等。2018年以来，申报国家发明专利及实用新型专利30余项，已授权15项，公开10项。    

           Li jian,male,Doctor,Professor of General Surgery,Chief physician,Since 1992, Li has been engaged in clinical work in general surgery, focusing on minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and comprehensive surgical treatment of colorectal cancer, familiar with various kinds of open and laparoscopic surgeries for hepatobiliary and intestinal diseases, especially good at laparoscopic anal sparing radical resection of low and ultra-low rectal cancer.And complex hepatobiliary pancreaticogastrointestinal surgery.  

As a Professor, academic leader, master tutor, chief physician of Colorectal and Anal Surgery department,Hepatobiliary and Enteric Surgery,Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,Li is also a Member of Endoscopic Doctor Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Member of Endoscope Professional Committee of Hunan Branch of Chinese Medical Association, And Director of Hunan Young Surgeons Association.Editorial board members and reviewers of China Journal of Endoscopy,China Journal of Modern Medcine and China Medical Engineering and reviewers of Chinese Journal of Clinicians and Chinese Modern Doctor.  

        In 2007,Li conducted laparoscopic radical resection of colonal and rectal carcinoma, laparoscopic radical resection of gastric carcinoma,laparoscopic hepatolobectomy,etc.Since 2009,Li took the lead in conducting laparoscopic anus-preserving radical operation of low position and super low position rectal carcinoma(Parks, ISR, PLRAs),therefore,had accumulated lots of surgical cases and experience.

        Since 2007,Li presided over 2 national scientific research projects successively supported by Key National Eleventh-Five Year High Technology Research and Development Program of China(863 Program),including the program‘Study of New Anti-fogging Optical Nano-material’ (2007AA021907),as well as 2 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.At the same period,Li undertook 3 national scientific research projects and 3 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.Li has published more than 60 professional academic papers,including 15 SCI papers,2 Medline papers.Li participated in the compilation of 5 teaching materials or academic monographs with a total of 300,000 words, including diagnosis and Treatment Manual of Hepatobiliary And Intestinal Surgery, Bioinformatics, Nanobiology,General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Endoscopy (first edition), etc.Since 2018, more than 30 national invention patents and utility model patents have been applied, 15 of which have been authorized and 10 of which have been disclosed.
