临床工作

      从医30余年，致力于肝胆胰外科疾病的研究和腹腔镜、胆道镜等微创技术的开发与应用，完成各种腹腔镜胆道镜肝胆胰手术10000余例，率先开展了腹腔镜新技术30余项。

 主持、指导开展省厅级科研课题4项，在肝胆外科领域不断引进、开拓、创新新技术，开拓性应用二三孔腹腔镜保胆取石技术、腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创治疗肝内外胆管结石技术、

 腹腔镜胆总管切开取石一期缝合技术、腹腔镜经胆囊管取石（胆总管结石）技术，形成了一套完整的胆石症的微创治疗体系；

 对腹腔镜下胆总管囊肿切除+胆肠吻合术，胰十二指肠切除、腹腔镜肝叶切除、肝脏肿瘤切除术，肝门部胆管癌等高难度手术技术娴熟；

 对急性胰腺炎等疾病有丰富的诊疗经验，在早期手术干预治疗急性胰腺炎方面有独到的见解，有效的降低了重症胰腺炎的发生率、死亡率和并发症发生率。

 近10余年来举办国家级、省级继续医学教育项目、学术会议、肝胆微创技术培训班30余次；

 积极致力于胆石症的技术创新、治疗模式创新、科研创新、学术推广创新、协作模式创新，2018年1月被山东省医务工会命名“周敬强创新工作室”。

             Having been a doctor for more than thirty years, I have been dedicated in the research of Hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, and development of laparoscope and choledochoscope technology. I have accomplished more than 10,000 surgeries in this area, and have pioneered more than 30 new technology in laparoscope surgery. When chairing and leading four provincial research projects, I have been innovating and developing new technology, including creatively using laparoscopic three-hole method for cholelithotomy, combining laparoscope and choledochoscope to treat intra-and-extrahepatic bile duct stone surgery. I have also developed primary suture techniques after choledochotomy using laparoscope and transcystic duct exploration techniques using laparoscope. With a complete system of minimally invasive therapy to treat cholelithiasis, I have mastered the techniques of using laparoscope for choledochal cyst excision, choledochostomy, pancreaticoduodenectomy, using laparoscope for liver lobe resection, resection of liver tumor and hilar cholangiocarcinoma surgery. Because of my rich experience in diagnosing and treating acute pancreatitis and unique viewpoint on conducting early surgeries to intrusively treat pancreatitis, the occurrence rate, death rate and complication rate of severe pancreatitis have been effectively reduced.
