        在国内较早开展了前入路半肝切除术，经肝前入路全尾叶切除术，左或右半肝+尾状叶切术、左或右肝 三叶切除、肝中叶切除区域淋巴清扫胆肠內引流根治性肝门胆管癌手术

        在腹腔镜微创外科领域有丰富的临床经验和较高的造诣

        并率先在湖南省开展了腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术、3D导航下腹腔镜辅助二步肝切除术（ALPPS）等高难度腹腔镜下手术

        And took the lead in carrying out difficult laparoscopic operations such as laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy and 3D navigation laparoscopic assisted two-step hepatectomy (Alpps) in Hunan Province

        常规开展的高难度腹腔镜手术有：

       腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术、腹腔镜各种肝叶切除术、腹腔镜中央入路全尾叶切除术、腹腔镜保留十二指肠全胰头切除、

       腹腔镜各类胰腺手术、腹腔镜脾切除术、腹腔镜喷门周围血管离断术、腹腔镜胆肠內引流术、腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术等

       微创手术比例达到95%-100%；多次在全国学术大会上主刀演示或手术直播腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除、腹腔镜肝脏手术等

       主持国家863计划项目：3项presided over 3 National 863 Program projects

       主持国家科技部支撑项目：1项presided over the support project of the Ministry of science and technology1并参与国家级省部级课题10余项

       发表以第一作者及通讯作者的SCI论文14余篇，国内核心期刊等发表论文130余篇

        published 14 SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author, and over 130 papers in domestic core journals

        “混合现实技术MR导航技术在肝胆胰外科应用”获2020年度中南大学临床研究与新技术成果二等奖"
